Samson Machinery Inc.
Samson Machinery Inc. is a professional tire building machine manufacturer, established in 1975 by it’s president, Mr. Lin Kun Te. After hard working in this field for over 45 years, Samson became one of the lead manufacturers of designing and producing all kinds of tire building machines. Help tire factories around the world to produce all kinds of high performance tires.
Samson’s main products: tire building machine, band building machine, servicer, building drum, and related equipments. No matter bicycle, scooter, motorcycle, activity, truck & bus, light truck, radial passenger, radial light truck, industrial, agriculture, off-the –road, even aircraft tire or all steel radial truck tire. Bias or Radial, semi-steel or all steel, small or large diameter, Samson can provide the most suitable machines and information to our customers.
Except standard models, Samson also cooperates with our customers in developing and designing new machines according to customers’ demands. Year 2003, our R&D started to use 3D drawing software to design machines. Year 2004, we adopted 4D dynamic simulation system. It could simulate new design before fabrication. Help to upgrade machines’ functions and prevent mistakes that may happen.
Year 2005, Samson built a new factory on meet marketing demands, and the factory was completed in Sep. 2006. Besides, Samson has already gotten ISO 9001 and CE certificates.
Our R&D orientation is concentrating to fulfilling customer demands with more efficiency and high technology tire building equipments. As the result, we build a strong and mutual relationship with customers for more than 30 years. Our strong R&D team members & professional engineers continuously lead us to challenge and achieve the goal of providing high quality equipments to customers.
In the future, we’ll keep our philosophy to improve and upgrade our tire building equipment to become one of the best choices to tire manufacturer for choosing related equipment.
